Adrian grew up in a small town in Connecticut. He attended the University of Connecticut where he majored in electrical engineering…that is, until his junior year. At this point, he had still not figured out what an electrical engineer does for a living, so he decided to change majors. He ultimately earned degrees in history and sociology.
Adrian proceeded to forego doctoral studies in history to try his hand at the exciting and lucrative field of production assisting. Several years as a PA, grip, electric, camera assistant and finally as a cinematographer have proven to be exciting and fruitful. Adrian loves being on set, even when it is absolutely terrible and everything goes wrong. There is nowhere else Adrian would rather be.
