Chase started shooting professionally at the age of fourteen.  He deepened his skills by studying art and photography in Rome.  Following this experience he ran his own production company for ten years. He has shot four feature films, including "Listen to Your Heart" featuring Cybil Shepherd and Shirley Knight. His music video credits include bands such as JET, Major Laser and The Roots. He has shot content for clients such as Avon, DC Comics, Yes Network, NYC Ballet, Gibson, ESPN and The Kennedy Space Center. His commercial for RSG won a 2008 ADDY award and was also a Cannes Lions finalist. Chase has shot documentaries on gun violence, electric cars, Mardi Gras Indians, the Hopi, NY Circus Academy, the South by Southwest music festival, and in Thailand, Kenya, Italy, Bolivia, Egypt, and Spain. Chase is a certified Steadicam operator and has been evangelizing the RED camera for the last year.
