Mitchell Kessler

Mitchell Kessler brings to his position 25 years' experience as a lawyer, entrepreneur and dealmaker. By the time he began practicing law, Mitchell was already a multiple award-winning orator. From the very start of his career, Mitchell quickly got used to handling high profile matters and high stakes negotiations. An entrepreneur in his own right, he built and ran his own successful law practice for many years. He is a published author, and his name appears on law school bookshelves around the country.

Among his peers, Mitchell has built a reputation for integrity, thoroughness, tenacity and a "tough but reasonable" approach to negotiations.

Mitchell's work at CEC is motivated by a persistent passion for all aspects of the entertainment industry, from the nuts and bolts of its structure, to the rarefied air of its artistry. He has delved not only into Entertainment Law, Copyright, Contracts and Litigation, but has also served as counsel to a theater company, Director of Development for the Long Island International Film Expo, a radio show host, an actor and a filmmaker. Through his efforts and persistence, he has become known to professionals at all levels of the industry.
